The Butterfly Inn

Today, I had a pleasant lunch at this restaurant. The ambiance was lovely and it seemed like it had been recently renovated, which made it very cozy. The service was friendly and quick. The menu had a great selection and the prices were fair. I had the battered cod and chips which were delicious. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals. For 3 main dishes and 3 drinks, the total bill came to around £35.

I have had lunch at this place several times and it is definitely worth the money for delicious food.

Eating is in order, but not as they are calculated 2 pfunds for a pot tee if they only take one and a half small tassen out of it. they do not even fill the pot with hot water. I know tee is one of the huge inflatable prices they pay when they can get 160 tea bags for two pounds, but most places give them a decent big pot for 2 or even 3 cups out of it and most put a cookie on the side. probably it won't be back.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Although there weren't many options available, the food that was served was of high quality. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is located next to Sterling furniture. I would suggest dining here instead of at the Sterling cafe.

We sat waiting more than 15 minutes, not even a drinks order taken, then a couple who literally just sat down got there order taken!! Not even under staffed... but a boy meeting and greeting and just telling you to sit wherever would have been better allocated taking drinks orders or something.
