Harvey's - Tillsonburg

My husband has visited this restaurant a couple of times during his lunch break over the past three weeks, and each time he's encountered long wait times. Unfortunately, the food has consistently been cold, which seems illogical given the lengthy waits – you'd expect it to be hot and freshly made. Today, he was asked to park while waiting for his order, and when he finally received it, the staff member was incredibly unenthusiastic. To make matters worse, the food was ice cold, and he couldn't even eat the burger because it was dripping with mustard. Sadly, since he had already waited so long, he couldn't go inside to have the issue resolved and had to rush back to work. He has decided not to return to this location.

The drive-thru took 20 minutes, and there was just one car ahead of me. To make matters worse, they messed up my mobile order, so I ended up having to go inside anyway. What a huge waste of time!

I visit frequently and always enjoy the food. The staff is consistently friendly and patient.

I was in Harvey the other day, I got waited on by someone new. Which isn’t an issue, as he took my order and was really nice to deal with, although my order wasn’t made right, when I went took my order to the counter, Kristen was amazing at correcting my issues. Kristen remember my order and always goes above and beyond to make sure it’s right weather I eat from Harvey’s or if I’m dining in Swiss chalet. I know Kristen’s been with the company a while, it shows with her attention to detail and her dedication to her job. Part of the reason I go back after mistakes are made with my meal is because Kristen goes above and beyond to correct the issues and alway has a smile on her face. Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s are very lucky to have such a dedicated hard working team member. Wonderful job!!!!!

Went for lunch this week and was helped by Kristen, she was super friendly, chipper and helpful! She suggested the Chicken Bacon Ranch Poutine and was it ever delicious! Fast service and the dining room was very clean. I'll be back!
