In the new soon opened Lone Star BBQ restaurant for a tasting for a catering event my fiancé and I booked. I have to say that I couldn't pick up the food or the facility, even if I tried. The food we tasted today was just amazing! I can't wait for the grilled chicken and steak tips until our event gets more! When they open up for the restaurant service, we make the hour and come to dinner. Do not fit the SIDE of a BAKED POTATO. Who would think something as simple as a baked potato would make your mouth water for more!!!!! The owners so merciful about the quality of their food from spices to sauces, even fresh toppings has it from all the others in the area. The owners not only that the pride on what they serve, they will work with one of your budget requirements. That's why tonight after we left the door, we can't wait to see the food we eat tonight. We also know the best choice has made that leih Star bbq Catering our event!!!!!

I was planning an event for 20 people with short notice. I reached out to a number of BBQ companies and Lone Star BBQ was the only one to return the call by simply asking when I'd like to pick it up. The worst part was driving home having to smell the smokey, meaty goodness the whole way. The food was the talk of the party. The ribs were meaty, delicious and cooked perfectly. The pulled pork was tender and not full of fat like some places. The chicken was lick-your-plate good.

I’m so glad they opened the restaurant. I’ve eaten at there place up the road last year, it’s the best BBQ in NH. It’s great Southern food. I know cause I’m from Louisiana. Lynn

Lone Star BBQ catered both my trial dinner and my wedding reception, and both events were flawless! The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and the food was simply delicious. I couldn't be more satisfied with everything. If I ever need catering again, I will definitely reach out to them! Their restaurant is also stunning. We used their back deck and bar for our tasting dinner, and it was fantastic. Working with owners Nick and Beth throughout the planning process was a pleasure. Thank you, Lone Star!

My mother ordered some pulled pork and brisket for my father, as those are two of his favorite dishes. The rest of the family tried some as well, and we all agreed that the pulled pork and brisket from Lone Star is the best we’ve ever had. It was absolutely delicious! We always enjoy dining here!
