Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I had a terrible experience at Rita’s; it was the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The service was awful, the countertop was dirty and even covered in ice, and the staff were quite rude. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom that just said. the help was very rude when I told them and they did not seem to care

On a hot day in Baltimore, what’s better than heading to Rita's for a refreshing treat? I was warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who served me a delicious mango ice topped with custard right at the window. It was absolutely delightful!

It's just a small shack when you get there but my my my was it good absolutely delicious lol
