Pulse - Tirupati

Tried mugalai biriyani and hyderabadi dum biriyani from here by swigy and zomato. both were delicious with sufficient amount and spicy enough.

They go here if they have enough time and they are patient enough. the food tasted very good and it is worth the money. the ambiente of the hotel is very good to rely on. the pathetic aspekt is the service, the success of the hotel has gone to the manager of the business, none of the employees takes care of the customer. they hardly have the task of delivering the service to customers. the hotel should employ few male workers to manage the amount and see that customers receive attention. we have to ask the staff about cutlery, water, fabric etc.

It was an good experience in this restaurant the food was really good and different tried some new dishes such as potalam briyani and Puli charu briyani both are good in taste and quantity was also good but there service is not satisfied because they are less attentive and very delay in serving the food... Over all good must try...

Everything is good about food and ambience except the staff there those PPL is inba hurry to get off the PPL from tables who are just are at end of there lunch please don't do that don't make customers embarassing ....let ppl wait for tables don't make the PPL who are eating to rush them out.... Next thing don't watch the the PPL eating with all your eyes your are not an invigilators there

This is third time i am ordering chiken biryani through swiggy, first time i thought that it may be because of weather condition (in summer) even though second time also same experience now third time worst experience, The chiken is very smelly and it is decomposed, see the pic. Guys be carefull .
