Papa Johns Pizza - Titusville

Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had. I feel like I?ve been stolen from. I ordered $30 worth of food, added a 15% tip and my food didn?t show up until 2.5 hrs later. It was obviously cold and the driver literally couldn?t care less. He and thestore got their money. Now I?m out this money with food I can?t eat. I called back they told me they would credit my account.But in order to use it I would have return. If you think to check reviews before ordering, please for the love of god, save yourmoney. If I can save even one family their hard earned time and money then it?s worth it. PLEASE DON?T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.NOT ONE PERSON IN THIS BUSINESS ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Very dirty inside and the employees don't look clean either. Maybe that's how it is inside a fast food pizza place... Don't know but not impressed.

It would have been a zero review for this rude employee- I think he is the manager. This healthy white guy. Papa John’s should have taught some politeness and manners to this person. Shame on the brand to have not given them feedback and proper training. He might be going through some personal issues or whatever but he has no rights to talk to the customer so rudely. I understand it was our mistake not read the sign of not passing across the counter but the tome and rudeness he showed was beyond my shock.

The worst deliver experience I’ve ever had. Order was placed at 7PM for 3 items, pizza, flatbread, soda. App says 11-22 minutes to be delivered, email says 33 minute estimate. As of 8, the order hasn’t been delivered, the tracker app no longer has a driver on it, and the store doesn’t have a working phone and the app tries to keep you from reaching an actual person to request a refund. I have never ordered delivery from a pizza joint that wasn’t delivered or the driver didn’t at least try to reach out. This store is absolute trash.
