Nando's Casuarina - Tiwi

This Nando’s is one of three located in the Northern Territory, and it stands out as the cleanest, most spacious, and friendliest among them. The service is quick and attentive, and they’re more than willing to prepare your food just the way you like it. The new menu and specials are impressive, with a noticeable focus on healthier choices. If you're a frequent visitor, consider joining their Peri Perks club—you’ll enjoy a complimentary meal on your birthday and a generous points system throughout the year.

"I experienced a lack of staff and service during my visit. I waited about 20 minutes to place my order, followed by another 30 minutes before my food arrived. There were no staff members available to clean the tables, so we ended up stacking our dirty dishes on another table just to have a place to eat. Overall ratings: Food: 4/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5."

I attempted to dine in at 6:15 PM, but was informed that only takeout was available, despite other customers sitting inside and eating. The lack of explanation and poor customer service was disappointing.

The website states that the restaurant is open until 8 PM, but in the last three days, we were turned away at the door around 6 PM, even though there were people visibly in the kitchen. On one occasion, we were told we could only order takeout, despite the kitchen staff being present. I would not recommend dining here; it's not worth the trouble. I'm very disappointed with this Nando's.

Even though it was said to close at 8:00 pm they stop taking orders at 7.00 pm.
