I ate the pasta with vegetables. Drinks are great too!

I was happy to see that all vegan options were clearly marked on the menu at this restaurant. We decided to try the tomato gazpacho, which I thought had dairy in it. Since I don't speak Spanish, I didn't want to ask and potentially ruin our meal. However, my vegetarian friend enjoyed it and described the taste as tomatoes with sour cream. The pasta was very oily and the salad was too. We ate quickly and were constantly bothered by mosquitoes and flies throughout the meal. I've never been bitten so much before! Despite the restaurant appearing upscale, they did not have any bug spray available. The only highlight of the meal were the coconut balls, which we hoped were truly vegan.

While wandering along Popoyo Beach, we stumbled upon Taberna 99 inside the beautifully designed 99 Surf Lodge. To our delight, the restaurant offered a variety of reusable options for vegan and raw vegan dishes. We tried the veggie trio appetizer, featuring a flavorful wasabi hummus served with carrot and cucumber sticks, followed by a delicious and substantial lentil vegan burger. We highly recommend Taberna 99 to any vegan or environmentally-conscious diners.

We go randomly in taberna 99 while we walk on the beach of popoyo, attracted by the fantastic design of 99 surf lodge. to our surprise the restaurant had some reusable options of vegan and raw vegan foods. we eat the veggy trio entry, a wash-tasteful hummus that comes with carrots and cucomberfingers, followed by a really big and tasty lenses vegan burger. we recommend it to all lovers of vegan and sustainable life.
