Taco Bell - Tolleson

I placed an order through DoorDash and later received a message that my food would be delayed. After some time, I received a call from DoorDash saying that there was no order for us and that someone had already picked it up 2 hours ago, even though the order was only placed 30 minutes earlier. We decided to call the restaurant, where a person named "ROBERTO" answered. Roberto was very rude, unhelpful, and told us that if we wanted food, we would have to place a new order and pay for it again. When we asked for a manager, Roberto claimed to be the manager at that moment, refused to assist us further, and hung up on us. In conclusion, Roberto is an extremely rude individual who lacks proper management skills and should not be in a position of authority. This restaurant needs to improve its employee training.

The food quality .. what happened to it? is that even real bark. it tastes as if they mix the meat with a chalk or something. taco bell simply goes to the hill in food quality. it's fat and disgusting.

It's a travesty when they run out of Baja blast. At least I did enjoy the cherry sunrise freeze instead. My tacos were good and fresh. Inflation is really hitting hard with the price increases. It's ridiculous the quesadillas are over $5 and keep getting smaller.

I would advise against ordering the quesadilla at this restaurant. I have ordered it three times from here and have been disappointed each time. They didn't even cut it this time, I think I'll pass on trying again.

Is one of the very best taco Bells that I've been to yet fresh fresh ingredients and great service
