Whataburger - Tomball

Service was 5 stars but the food wasn't all that great! I did a quick food run for family in the hospital and was not very happy when I got back and gave the food to my family. Drinks were very flat. Fries were very soggy. The bread on both the Patty meltswere soggy. The gravy to the #13 meal was straight water.

Whatataquito is the best fast food breakfast around. This location has a very good night crew, who are patient and kind.

Girl taking orders in drive through was super rude and snapped at my girlfriend because she wasn?t read to take our order yet I?m assuming. We canceled our order and still had to sit in line because there?s not a way around.

Normally when I get my food it?s perfect but tonight was horrible. I ordered an apple pie didn?t get that. I asked for ketchup didn?t get that. Ordered a #8 and got something else. Please teach your works how to listen instead of gossiping about otherstuff.

I used to never have issues with this location, but lately, that has not been the case. Tonight, they forgot the 4 sauces I ordered, which I noticed and they corrected. But when I got home I realized they didn?t give me the cinnamon bun and one of thepatty melts was missing a burger patty! I waited for 25 minutes in a line. Tried calling but no answer. I realize you are busybut I work in a restaurant as well and it?s not hard to make sure an order is correct.
