Brooklyn Bistro - Toms River

I’m not sure where to begin. The food is simply outstanding! From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, everything was incredible! We enjoy dining out on weekends and trying new restaurants, and this one has quickly become our favorite. The stuffed artichoke was the best I've ever tasted. The pork chop was exquisite, and the cheesecake… wow! Every bite my husband took had him exclaiming “wow.” The staff was extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful! My family and I will definitely be back frequently. You’re guaranteed an amazing dining experience here—you won’t be disappointed!

The interior is spacious, featuring two large dining rooms and a cozy wet bar in the back. I personally enjoyed the Penny Wodka, which was outstanding. I organized a surprise birthday dinner for my best friend, and he was thrilled to see his best friend already at our table! Our waitress was fantastic, and the restaurant was clean, with a wonderful ambiance created by dim lighting and a singer performing in the corner. The waitress even added a candle to a cheesecake for the birthday celebrant, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a fantastic evening!

We had Danielle as our server, she's GREAT. Attention and not pushy. Had the rice balls as an appetizer, very tasty. Clams and Linguine for dinner, was excellent. I'm sad I didn't save anyone to go home. My husband said the cheesecake was better than mine.

Our first experience at the Brooklyn Bistro was phenomenal! We were six people in our party and each of us couldn't stop the wowing all around the table. The fine selection of food on your menu was superb, Italian at its Best. Your staff couldn't be more helpful and professional. From appetizers, to entrees, to deserts, right down to the service was awesome. The Brooklyn Bistro has become our FAVORITE Italian restaurant. Do not let my last name fool you, I am 100% Italian as was others in our group and the consensus is without a doubt worthy of a Five Star rating.
