I had never been in Duck Donuts, and a surprise it was .. The donuts were made while I waited, and I am so glad I waited! Fresh, warm, soft, and incredible tasting donuts that I ever had ! Do yourself a favor and try Duck Donuts

This place needs a leader. Guys taking orders and just standing around. People not getting their coffees while the donuts being made. Incredibly long wait for everything. Sandwiches not being made while the donuts get made so the donuts are done but the order is incomplete. It 's like they all expect someone else to do it but hey, it 's just three of you here so communicate! And owners I get it, you want young kids to work but someone needs to be here providing some leadership. Every customer is frustrated and leaving out of this place thinking If these weren 't kids I would be complaining. And they turned off online ordering, so this is just walk in customers!

Great service, best doughnuts. Employees always in a good mood. Hard to beat.

This isn’t a donut. It’s a funnel cake recipe (fried) with toppings with the shape of a donut. Funnel cakes are always tasty go get them at a carnival, but not worth the price of $16 in Bristow for 5 donuts. Go get a real donut at any grocery store (Wegmans, Giant, Safeway).

Second update. -again saying they are closed at 7 when their website says 8! EDIT- Very unpredictable closing times. The times in google or their posted times in store hold NO VALUE. The close when they want. We went at 4 on a weekday and they were closed. They supposedly close at 7. Saturday they “close at 8”. Went at 7 and they were closed. Happened multiple times. Poor management. Everything below is still true. I really dont like donuts, but these are the best donuts i ever had. Made fresh to order and delicious. Nice people, friendly employees. My son has a peanut allergy and really wanted sprinkles on his donut but the guy said he cant guarantee non contamination so he made my son's donut separately in the back and opened a new box of sprinkles just for my son.
