Dibella's Subs - Tonawanda Town CDP

The subs were delicious but a bit pricey. The staff was not helpful with the menu and ordering system, which was not intuitive for a first timer.

As far as sub shops go, this is one of the best that I've ever had. I'm assuming they are just in upstate NY as I have not seen them anywhere else in my travels. In addition to the subs, they have the best chocolate chip cookies that one can buy. They truly taste homemade.

I ordered an Italian meatball sub that told me it would have meatballs with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. I added onions and sweet peppers to it on a multigrain roll. When I received my order, the roll wasn’t toasted, and the meatballs were cold. The mozzarella cheese wasn’t melted and there was hardly any marinara sauce on the sub. I’m so disappointed in this sub place that I will not be ordering a sub here again. Anyplace knows that when you order a meatball sub, that’s considered a HOT SUB. I’ve ordered for them multiple times, and this order just did me in. I’m so disappointed in them.

I don’t understand what the hype is. I finally gave in and tried it and I’m so disappointed. It’s soggy, bland and there’s barely enough meat to cover the bread. I got the cheesesteak unfortunately and I’ll never go back. It’s honestly not good at all. Wegmans has a better steak sub. P.s im only leaving this review so people know not to waste their money. It was THAT bad.

The freshest and most delicious subs and salads I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. Vegetarian options: There's one or two clearly labeled menu items that are geared for vegetarians and the other ways to make your sub or salad vegetarian allows you to use your imagination when building your sub or salad. There are plenty of vegetables to satisfy.
