Subway - Tonbridge

Appalling and inedible. Three young lads working there are clueless and disorganised. Tried to wrap the sandwich up in an undersized napkin by squashing it. Picked up each wedge individually and threw into box because too hot. Why not just tip them in from the grease proof paper?? Drowned the whole thing in mayo. Very poor attitude and delivery . Went today to get a Big Breakwich sub only to be told they have run out of sausage ? How ? It was 12.30 in the day . Was told “ didn’t get enough out “ as if that was acceptable . No real apology just a shrug of shoulder . Not the first time this has happened in this branch . Saturday evening in Staplehurst, not exactly Kents highlight but can recommend this Subway, especially the sandwich artist, lovely girl working hard by herself Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

No atmosphere and terrible service. I wasn't even greeted by the staff. They just stood there staring at me? Got half way through my order before telling me they were out of chicken so had to reorder a different sub. Never seen someone make a sandwich so slow. To top it off, bread wasn't fresh and made such a mess eating. Will not be returning or recommending. Basic customer service/training needed.
