Velinx Kafee - Tongeren

We will never dine at the Velinx Café again. When placing an order, you must be extremely clear as the staff seem to be unfamiliar with their own menu. My husband ordered a salad and I ordered a sandwich. The service was lacking and the waiter did not provide any helpful information. After waiting for 20 minutes, our food finally arrived. Unfortunately, my sandwich was not what I ordered and we ended up leaving with the food in a takeout box, ultimately throwing it away. Upon reviewing the bill, we discovered we were charged for two sandwiches, including one that was not even ordered or eaten. Overall, this dining experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant to others. Service: 0, Food: 0.

Since there's a new executive, and we were a regular, of course we went to test. What a disappointment.
