Domino's Pizza - Tooele

Employees that helped me were super friendly!!!!!! They were obviously busy tons of orders on the shelf. But mine was prepared on time, ready to go and so delicious!!!! Thanks Team!!!!! Both of them should get a raise ;

They are rarely on time and the pizza is usually delivered to me cold. I 'm constantly getting notifications from the company like this that delivery is not what we hoped for

This is the second time we have ordered and our food was delivered an hour LATE and 30 mins LATE. Food is cold, pizzas not cut through and poorly put together. One pizza is burned, another undercooked and doughy. No quality control happening whatsoever. Wish 0 stars was an option.

I ordered at 8:45, tracker said my ordered was delivered at 9:28, and it wasn’t. I called the store, talked to the manager and explained that my order was missing. She said she would talk to the driver and call me back shortly. 30 minutes later, no one called, so I did. They told me that the driver delivered to the exact address, to a guy with a mustache (I don’t have a mustache). She said that they could remake the order, but I had to go pick it up, because they wouldn’t deliver again to the wrong person, since they delivered to the exact address. When I asked for a refund, the manager was extremely rude and pretty much hang up on me. I mean, if I’m saying I didn’t get my order I didn’t get my order, how hard is that to understand? First time ever having a problem with Dominos and that’s how they deal with it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

They canceled my order and then said they were making my order for free and then had me waiting 2 hours for nothing just to find out they lied and kept me waiting all night and they never made my order. These guys are a complete jokeVegetarian options: What a joke don’t buy from these guys
