Pizza Hut - Tooele

The website is very slow to load and doesn't allow me to view any of my orders. The confirmation email doesn't provide a link to check the order status. I also noticed that there are no options for flavored crusts anymore, which is disappointing—maybe they discontinued it because they kept forgetting to make the crusts flavored in the first place. Additionally, they don't allow you to double the extra cheese, and it seems like they're stingy with the toppings, even with the extra charge.

The restaurant is clean and quiet. I visited on Halloween, which may explain why it was so empty. The food was excellent and was served quickly. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist. Plan to spend at least $20 per person, or possibly a bit more for two.

The delivery took nearly half an hour after they sent me a text, even though I live just 5 minutes away. The pizza was good and had a proper amount of toppings. However, I ordered fried mozzarella sticks and was supposed to receive marinara sauce, but it didn't come. Also, the mozzarella sticks tasted like grease.

I've worked quite a few pizza places and fast food and I've never had such a rude unacceptable customer experience not only did it take an hour and a half to get my food when I called to find out where my order was I was told the driver called and knocked3 times on my door and just left my order on the cold concrete. First of all no one called or knocked I had my door open theentire time and no one knocked. Very disappointed and whoever it was I talked to was absolutely rude about it. I use to lovepizza hut now I notice everyone out pizzas the hut!

Took over an hour and half to get my food. Delivery driver didn't knock and placed my pizza on the cold concrete. The spicy garlic wings was about the equivalent of a Wendy's original chicken nugget (no flavor). In tooele even little caesars outpizzas the hut. 100% ill go to domino's or papa johns from now on.
