Jamaica Blue The Ridge - Toowoomba

When I received a coffee recently the glass mug was chipped around the drinking rim! Service was ok. Just another coffee shop!

Stopped here for a little break in driving. Staff were very friendly and the guy stopped to engage in conversation with us as we were Scottish and he came from Great Britain. We had breakfast, it was delicious.

Got a great coffee here last week by Dani, so decided to take my family in on Tuesday for a treat. Was sad to see a different person making coffee but we tried anyway and it was terrible. When we complained and asked for a manager we were told she was the manager and she was really rude towards us. We will not be back if we see her on the coffee machine again.

The staff were all so lovely and seemed to be happy to be there, the food was great and the coffee was even better. The live music they have on Saturday creates a really good atmosphere and I feel that's the key for a cafe. Good work!

Normally I try not to be negative, but the managers in this cafe need to give the staff better training or at least explain what their job is ... There appears to be an aversion to serve - one has to ask for table to be wiped down, "can I have water" - or after 10, 15 minutes (seems like an eternity) ... "excuse me, can we order"?Even when the shop is not busy, there is no urgency?The wait after ordering is way too long.They should all go to Cafe 63 at Eastville on Herries Street to understand how a good eatery operates!!!
