Applebee's - Topeka

The presentation of the food was appealing, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. The drinks were disappointing as well. Additionally, there was a musty odor reminiscent of stagnant water throughout the restaurant. With some improvements, it could become a decent dining spot, but I can't recommend it at this time. It felt even worse than my experience at Applebee's. Our waitress was not very attentive, although other staff members stepped in to help.

During my visit to Applebee's, I ordered the new Impossible Burger with fries. It was excellent—absolutely delicious! I'm really grateful to see vegan options on the menu. Thank you!

Only at applebee’s for the first time in probably 8yrs, and it will be at least that before I go back. service was ok and was probably quite good by the latest standards (post covid.) that eating was extremely slow to get out of the kitchen about 30 min. I ordered the classic bourbon street steak medium rare. that was one of the worst steaks I ever had. it seemed to be boiled properly, but was so hard I could hardly cut it with a steak knife, let alone chewing it. I had made good steaks much tenderer. I could swallow some bits. the garlic potatoes were tasteless. my wife got the 6oz steak who wasn't better, although she managed to eat about 1/2 before she stopped. When the waiter brought the ticket, he asked if we wanted to crate when we said no and he barely touched the food, he did not want to ask if something was wrong. everything spent in all a good amount of money for terrible eating, for which we had to wait for a long time. only for the case that they wondered that the restaurant was full at less than 25%, so no apology for slow eating. Of course, going to mcdonalds is eating much better and that is very regrettable.

I always receive courteous and friendly service with each visit. I have yet to find a dish I don't like. My last visit I had the Bourbon steak w/grilled onions shrimp, mashed potatoes and house salad. ?

First off I waited 30 minutes just to get a table. Then I'm still wait as I'm typing rn on my food. Like I ain't order it a hour ago. The audacity of this restaurant. I just wanna eat my wings ps. bathroom smells bad.
