Every meal that I have ever eaten here as been delicious and memorable. The staff are professional and gracious. The chef pays attention to every detail to make each experience magical for his guests. It’s always a highlight of my week when I dine here. Best scallops ever! Amazing wine list. We have dined at The White Linen five times in the past few months, and each time is better than the last.Tonight, I took my parents for drinks at The Knox Cocktail Lounge and Tapas Tuesday. It was as wonderful an experience as the previous times we've dined here. There is clearly a great attention to detail and a lot of heart put into the dishes and drinks we have enjoyed here.Braden and Giani have been our servers the last two times and both have done an excellent job.Phillip, Sara, and Julio are the mixologists at The Knox. It's fun to watch them mix craft cocktails.The White Linen is truly a fine dining gem in downtown Topeka. I can't say enough good things about the memories we've made here celebrating special occasions or just enjoying, for no particular reason some fantastic food and drinks.
