We popped in for coffee and cake after glancing them as we walked past, very glad we did, very tasty and not expensive at all

Me my husband visit this coffee shop when we stay in Brixham. It's really nice with a good selection of food beverages, reasonably priced. There are tables outside sited across the road from the coffee shop well worth a visit.

I ordered tea and bottled water along with a cream scone, my partner chose a chocolate biscuit bar thingy,all of which were wthin a display cabinet. Dissappointment started as soon as it arrived on our table,i expected the usual clotted cream within the scone, not some sort of sqirty cream. The scone was dry and crumbly,i had one bite and left the rest....my partner could not cut her choccy bar even with a knife, i had to push really hard to cut through it,she also decided to leave it...waste of almost £10

Not sure why our visit yesterday was the 1st for us but glad we made it. Visited late afternoon but still lots of sweet choices to choose from, the custard tart was lovely and have never seen one that size, delicious. All other cakes were enjoyed by others in our group. Coffee was good too, mild how I like it but hubby said he'd probably have an extra shot next time. They operate a loyalty card, a good incentive for going back, 9 drinks with the 10th free. Plenty of seating in the area across from the shop too. Didn't catch the name of the young girl who served us but very friendly. Will definitely be back.
