Took them 15 min or so to give me a chicken burger. Was the only one at shop, 11pm Sunday. Two ladies at the kitchen were chatting as such there is nothing to do. The food was consistent with what you expect from A&W

Loved the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was crispy, enjoyed the flavours, bun was soft. The staffs were friendly.

Terrible cold burger. I paid a decent amount for a subpar burger (and I'm being generous here). The service was also disappointing; I had to wait for the organic coffee to brew. I really don't understand how this place is still in business. The grain-fed beef was practically non-existent – I needed a magnifying glass to find the patty. I will never return.

I ordered through SKIP today but forgot to add some special instructions. As soon as I realized my mistake, I called the store, and they were absolutely AMAZING! They handled everything PERFECTLY! I give this store and its staff 5 stars. Thank you so much for saving my order for my senior friend. This location is our go-to spot, and we’ll be ordering exclusively from here in the future! I really appreciate that it's open 24 hours. The service is fast, and the food quality is excellent; the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. The staff assembles the burgers neatly, unlike some other places that seem to rush through it. The location is great, though parking is limited to street parking only.
