Pi Co. - Toronto

In the past 3 months, every time I have visited this restaurant on six separate occasions, they have been out of gluten-free dough. It is disappointing that a franchise cannot consistently provide this option, especially when it is widely available at other locations.

Despite this, the "Craft Your.." option with unlimited toppings is a great choice. The Margherita pies taste delicious, as do the cinnamon and garlic breads. The salad bar is a good addition to the pizzas, and the salads are decent, although the portions are too small for the price. Overall, this restaurant offers a decent pizza and salad option for dining out.

I ordered delivery. It arrived ice cold with instructions to re-heat in the oven. No thanks! I thought I was getting fresh pizza i.e. HOT! I might as well have bought frozen pizza and cooked it myself. It would have cost half as much and tasted better

What a hidden gem! The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I'm definitely tempted to try the Nutella cookie on my next visit!

Horrible service. Made order for delivery, 2 hours later had to call to find out Pi Co had no idea what had happened, other than someone took it. Called support line took another 20 minutes to find our yep, it was made, taken by someone who was not the driver. No one bothered to redo the order or let us know.
