After much back and forth and a thorough review of my reservation, the manager eventually concluded that I did not need to pay the supplement. I then paid my bill and left. I felt pressured to pay for something I was never informed about until I asked for my bill. I do not recommend this place, as it appears they attempt to extract extra money from customers. Additionally, the food was not worth it.

The management insisted that we were required to spend a minimum of $120 during our visit to Rebel, despite having made a reservation through OpenTable, which indicated no such obligation. I was informed that my credit card would be charged $120 plus gratuity and tax, even if our meal only cost $50. I showed the manager my reservation, but he took over an hour to verify the supposed minimum spend. He presented a screenshot of a policy that I couldn't find in our reservation details. Throughout this time, he continued to pressure my friend and me, making it difficult for us to enjoy our evening. After reviewing my reservation in detail for over an hour, he finally concluded that I didn’t have to pay the extra fee he initially insisted upon. I settled my bill and left, feeling harassed over a charge I hadn’t agreed to and only discovered when I asked for the bill. I do not recommend this place; they seem intent on sneaking extra charges, and the food was subpar as well.
