Tim Hortons - Toronto

Go to a cafe just across the road from house have bagels with cream cheese, hash brown or cheese danish or donuts, breakfast burger n coffee And enjoy the breakfast in calm environment. Sounds cool? <br/ Or rush to office ? Quickly grab a coffee from the coffeeshop near to apartment door and head on to work.<br/ This is what Tim Horton to me. It serves my both of the above need : <br/ <br/ My type of hot coffee: Regular small with two milk and 4-5 tim horton sugars :

I take Osgoode TTC twice to/from work everyday. So I’m purchasing either a beverage/donuts/new wraps/new bowls. The food is at par with other Tim’s outlets. But the staff service is awful. I understand that for a coffee and doughnut they wouldn’t provide a takeaway bag. Makes sense. But if one places a large order, 30$ worth, why would the staff not provide a takeaway bag? I saw them give a large paper bag for a delivery order that had a coffee and a donut or so. They expected me to carry 3 rice bowls in my hand when these rice bowl covers are clumsy and don’t even close tight! No prizes for guessing, they fell a couple of metres down the cafe. Thanks for wasting my money, food and ruining my mood. This could have been avoided when I asked the staff for a bag and she replied to me saying that I can’t have it as it’s only for delivery orders. Not giving my business here anymore. I’m sure it doesn’t make a difference to the store to lose one customer but if this is how it goes, this store will lose a lot of business.

Pathetic service the man at the counter was super rude. I specifically ordered him to give me less ice in the quencher in my drink but he didn't listen and blamed it on me. Then my husband told him that you just removed the 8ce which left the large size drink in half and then he said that that's how they make it they can't do anything about it...are paying for ice only??? And few drops of taster???The washroom was super disgusting and the table weren't cleaned at all.

I went to this store to have something to eat and drink obviously. The place was very clean, and it had a great ambience. This was the first time I personally have seen a self order kiosk at Tims apart from the mobile order ofcourse. There were good number of seatings, i thought it was going to be packed due to the number of people, but it wasn't the case. I sat in my seat for a hour minimum, it was peaceful too. I had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and Stepped Tea. The wrap was really good, the steeped tea was cold tbh, but it's fine i guess. Apart from that, would definitely visit again.
