Carl's Jr. - Torrance

The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. I have visited a few times and they have made me wait for over 20 minutes without taking my order or preparing my food. Yesterday, one of the workers had a dirty uniform and their hair looked like it hadn't been washed in a month. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The hamburger had a delicious flavor.

The service was lacking and the food was mediocre. I ordered three meals along with some star nuggets and requested sauces, but only received one BBQ and one honey mustard for my entire order. The employees seemed stingy with the sauces as if they were precious commodities. The spicy chicken sandwiches were dry as baby powder and the burger patties were soggy like a marzipan.

She says: “I need to know what kind of drink you want to order with this,” but I cannot tell you how I need my burger. She says: “I need to know again what kind of drink they want.” so after I had heard this time of voting and keeping I went. .2) at another time I tried to have the orders separated. When I asked her to separate the order, she wouldn't separate. I don't know if she could do that or not. but she said she wouldn't. as she said! the restaurant was empty. she said, “You can pay for the first job and then go back to the drive to place a second order. I said why I can't just stay in the window and order again. she said. “No” so I went back to another place. .3) the third time I think it was one of the manager, it was something similar to the second scenario I mentioned. that is bad bad service

Fibi took my order and I give a 5 star for the greeting from Fibi. Made me smile and feel comfortable. Thank you for your welcoming presence ??‍?
