Chicken Maison - Torrance

The menu is fantastic and the service is always excellent. The kabobs are top-notch!

This restaurant in Torrance offers Mediterranean cuisine that is truly exceptional. The focus here is on the food, rather than a unique atmosphere. It is a great spot for a delicious meal. My wife and I had the bun and veggie kabob, which was beautifully presented with sides of our choice. I opted for hummus and a baked carrot, along with plenty of pita bread on the side. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Despite the distance we traveled to get there, it was definitely worth it.

The food was good, but the staff was a bit sly and rude. I had multiple encounters like this, with the youngest employee hanging up on me before I could even finish placing my order. I used to enjoy going there for the ambiance, but it seems like things have changed and not necessarily for the better. It's a shame.

The lady, whom I assume is the owner, literally threw my food on the counter to me. It was absolutely rude customer. Don’t think she serves many Black people. Definitely want be back!
