You would expect a bakery that makes fresh bread daily to serve delicious loaves, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I wish I could share a photo because my honey oat bread looked old, cold, stale, and burnt! It seemed as if it had been dusted with a heavy layer of cocoa. To make matters worse, when we left at 8:45 AM, I had to ask about the closing time. I learned that my husband couldn't order a meatball sub and my son couldn't have marinara on his pasta because those items had already been prepared and were not available for sale so close to closing time. Yet, the shop doesn’t actually close until 10!

I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich while there were only two people ahead of me. The staff was rude and laughed at me when I requested extra sauce on my sandwich. They even refused to get more from the back. I almost walked out, but I was in a hurry. I won't be coming back to this place.
