A restaurant supposed to be a fish restaurant but a Sunday at 12:30 no more fish. a cheese plate with 3 times the same variety of cheese. very friendly staff for so much. It's really bad. This place could be perfect if the kitchen and supplies were at the point. But we're not here.
UK group booked for 1.30. Waited until 2.30 then a french group who arrived 45 minutes after us got the table. If you are a tourist don’t bother.
Busy place above Victor Hugo Market, do not be deceived by the "stairs ' leading to the restaurant, it is worth it and filled with locals (always a good sign), The food is very good, fresh, good value and the service is also very good (keep in kind this is a very busy place, patience require). Would go back any day if it was closer from home.
Not sure if this is a single restaurant or about 6 all next to each other. It’s located upstairs above the indoor market. They cook the food on sale downstairs. We had the plat de jour. I had the salmon to start, steak and frites followed by the biggest piece of lemon meringue pie in the world. The waitress was great helping us where we failed with our French. Great food €20 each for 3 huge courses.
