I repeated this and she brought me one of the things. then I repeated it again and she said she didn't hear me so I was done. she brought me the last article (a ham and cheese pannini,) but in a croissant instead of brot and without a side salad. I had no energy to keep track of them at this point, my hand was hurt, and so I just left it. I asked the man until he informed them about the transfer of the hot plates and he said he would do it. He also offered no help or support. I know I should have said something back then, but I had a pain, I was a little shocked, so I just left it. the personal should be aware of when you pass hot hair. if a court is hot enough that they need a towel, then it is too hot for mere hands, they either have to cool the court or they have to warn customers before they should be offered it via the first aid and the infall book filled, none of them was done, I was not even directed to the toilet where I could run it under cold water and could not see any toilets in the building they have learned that I have been out. I finished a cold can of pop trying to run away the burning without so much as an excuse to calm down and then serve other people without completing my order is bad customer service, no matter how they cut it. I don't know if she was just a bit stunned or embarrassed, what had happened, but it wasn't a proper answer, especially since I was clearly hurt and visibily was annoyed that I informed the tower afterwards and they said they were investigating it. they offered me a free lunch in the caffe about apology, but when I saw a 589 miles long trip living away, that was not much good so I rejected it. If/if we go back to london, I would probably take a lunch package when I visited the tower.
We traveled as family of 4 in the tower of london and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the choice in the restaurant. the price for 4 of us was reasonable and cheaper than what I expected for a popular london. we would use the restaurant definitiw when we visit again. an additional bonus was the discount we could get by having an annual membership.
Eye irrigation prices, grumpy service and dirty tables. I guess that's what happens with an imprisoned public and zero incentive to provide a good service. instead they bring a picnic and enjoy what else is a world-class attraction.
Eating was good, drinks ok, but the cost was too much, why do we have to be demolished at these places?
A good range of options available from hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The only problem we had was the lack of staff to serve us when paying.
