Burger King - Town of New Hartford

I tried the classic chicken wrap for the first time. It was good, just a little to much mayo for me.

FOLKS....I proudly eat at the New Hartford Burger King 3-4 times EVERY week! The customer service I ALWAYS receive is OUTSTANDING! The workers and management are efficient, friendly, and accurate!! I've NEVER had a bad experience at this BK! I cannot say that about the McDonald's across the street!? I don't know if Jerry S. (see below) is a hater, misinformed, or simply commented on the wrong BK! THIS Burger King, the New Hartford Burger King, is outstanding in every sense of the word!! I love that place...you will too!! New Hartford BK...YOU RULE!!

They did a nice time helping us out with an error with the app. They took their time and resolved our issue. Glad they could take care of us.

I was able use my coupon to get a 2 bacon cheeseburger ? meal with 1 medium fries ? and 1 medium fountain drink thru the drive thru quickly and my food was nice and hot.
