I went to get my coffee today and it tasted a bit weak, i mentioned this to the barista, and said if she just wanted to add a shot of espresso that would be fine, but instead she just offered to make it over. And the second drink was perfect. I appreciate this kind of service. I get coffee here 5-6 days a week and this was my only time having a drink taste week and I appreciate how they fixed it so quickly. I hope this store unionizes soon so these great workers can get the pay they deserve!

I absolutely love the peppermint mocha from Starbucks during the holiday season. However, I have to say that this particular Starbucks location has one of the slowest service times I've encountered. I placed an order through the app and didn’t arrive until 10 minutes later, but then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my coffee. This was my first pumpkin spice of the season, and while it was delicious, the total wait time of 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew was frustrating. The app indicated that my order would be ready much sooner than it actually was, which isn't great for managing expectations. I understand that finding staff can be challenging these days, and that's perfectly fine, but it would help if they could provide more accurate wait times.
