5 stars when big baldy is running the show, 1 star when he isn't. Waited 45 minutes at outside table in the heat for table to dine at, got a call that our table was ready, they said our table is outside. Why didn't they just give us a menu 45 minutes ago then?

Drinks were good, but my friends and I ordered the nachos without meat and shared them. We were very disappointed by the dish. It was very small, with only a few chips and the toppings were very minimal. For $20 it was not worth the value. The waiter who was looking after our table (black curly hair and glasses) made it an enjoyable experience throughout the whole meal. Props to him for the amazing customer experience. Poor poor poor service. At least act like you want to take our money! Had to ask for cutlery. Sat at the table with entree and main plates sitting in front of us for 45 mins after finishing. Waitress clearing a table next to us with no one sitting at it. Asked if she could please clear our plates. This was met with an eye roll! Absolutely appalling behaviour. Service: Dine in
