Írjon visszajelzéstAs someone who enjoys sauce, I was disappointed to find that the soat at this restaurant was greasy and tough, leaving an oily taste in my mouth. However, the service at the kebab skewers was a highlight, with the staff being very polite. The cook even shook my hand when handing me my food. While they excelled in customer service, they have room for improvement in the quality of the food itself.
The restaurant appeared sketchy from the start, with an Easter bunny serving us (all employees were dressed as bunnies for the holiday weekend). We tried to peek over the high counter to see the menu, but unfortunately couldn't see what was available. So, we played it safe and ordered a donner kebab. The bunny upsold us on getting fries as well. When we received our order, it was much smaller than expected. Luckily, my wife always carries a knife and skillfully dissected the kebab. As anticipated, the portion was disappointing with only three small slices of meat and a sprinkle of salad. We were relieved we didn't order two, as we overheard other unsuspecting customers being warned about what to expect on their way out.
In this kebab shop for brunch stopped and spent $10.50 on the Helloumi griller. I never had a griller before buying an actual kebab from this business so I don't compare size, but in my opinion $10.50 for the small size package. I'm a little disappointed. I could have gone to woolworths and could have bought all the ingredients for cheaper. Nevertheless, the packaging was quite delicious and the service was great, but for the price and the portion size I would not buy again from this loading.
This kebab restaurant is located in a food court in a mall in the town of Townsville. When compared to other similar restaurants, the portion of meat in my kebab was the smallest I have ever had. While the meal was edible, I cannot say that this place offers good value for the price.
Staff were more interested in wandering around than serving us...the only customers. Paid $9.50 for a kebab that was more like a taco full of lettuce.
