Unprofessional staff and extremely slow. Not to mention the managers hair Doo,. Her bangs are covering her eyes completely!! Like cousin IT. You can not see this want eyes whatsoever and she's taking orders at front register

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible and the staff was very rude. They did not stop to talk about concerns and continuously yelled have a good day rather than seeing what the issue was. When requesting to speak to a manager we were completely ignored and then told to go through our app to request a refund when we said we didn't want the food because it was sloppily made with excessive condiments.

This location is not good. Its right across the street from a McDonald's and a Five Guys. Stiff competition if you ask me. Location was small too. Food was good.

My delivery order was mixed up on a busy night at the restaurant. There were new staff members working, but Demetrius really stepped up to help me. I had to go to the store to pick up what wasn't delivered, but he managed the situation effectively and made sure I left feeling satisfied.

The young men who worked the morning shift on December 20th were exceptionally polite, confident, and efficient. My food was as fresh as it could be, and their friendly service truly brightened my day. They deserve to be recognized for their efforts!
