New York Fried Chicken Seafood - Towson

I placed my order at 8 PM and arrived at the restaurant by 8:30 PM, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. When I got home, I discovered that there were beans in my meal, which I didn't want. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and they told me to bring the food back for a replacement. However, I live 10 minutes away and have twin toddlers to put to bed. The manager insisted I return the meal for a new order. In the end, I decided it wasn't worth it to drive back and forth, especially given the gas cost. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant and will be going to Stokos from now on. I'm really disappointed.

I ordered from Grubhub and found that while the chicken appeared fresh, it had a strange odor, suggesting that the meat might be spoiled. Even my cat, who usually devours the skin from other fried chicken places, refused to eat it. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, but the person on the phone became very defensive and ended up hanging up on me. I prefer not to write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to warn others about potential safety issues. I urge you to take note of the many 1- and 2-star reviews that echo my experience, highlighting concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness. If they want to be called "New York," it seems like they should rethink their standards; perhaps they should consider renaming it to "New York Fried Chicken and Salmonella."

They should really only be getting 3 stars because they messed up my order bad but I'm gonna let them make it this time.Let me tell you how the messed it up and how they were able to redeem themselves.THEY FORGOT MY LEMONS OR LIMES. I MADE A NOTE LIKE THIS SO THEY WOULDN'T FORGOT)I ASKED FOR MASHED POTATOES AND THEY GAVE ME COLESLAW. I ASKED FOR A SNAPPLE AND THEY GAVE ME CANNED LEMONADE. THEIR FRIES SUCKED AND UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T RATE THE FISH OR SHRIMP BECAUSE I DON'T EAT THAT STUFF WITHOUT LEMON OR LIME.They were able to redeem themselves with their fried chicken and their banana pudding. Their Mac and cheese was good but not unforgettably delicious. I'm honestly very disappointed that my order even after SPECIAL NOTES was still managed to get mixed up. The Uber eats guy was super friendly and had nothing to do with the mix up.If I come back I look forward to trying their fish and shrimp.

Please. Avoid to buy food from this store. As you see in pictures there is an employee's hair in my chicken wing and fries. I call restaurant and he did not apologize or give a solution. I won't recommend food and it's worse customer service ever.Food: 1/5
