Sushi Jin - Toyama

Regarding the price and quality and the innovative power of this sushi restaurant, it is unbeatable. try their desire pairing, although its only one from a factory of one is so amazing. do not drive and stay close for a night, they would never regret it. the only part is the little edgy when they go in, but they wouldn't notice it after one.

Awesome restaurant for me. They provide chef’s choice menu in reasonable price. And service was very nice. He is very kind and he can speak English, so he explain about dishes in English. And this restaurant was listed in tabelog which is japanese famous restaurant app.

When they come to toyama, this restaurant the most try nr. 1 without doubt! it was a business trip, we came to visit our supplier masuizumi. the host made a reservation here and prepared the whole series of the Sake pairing. you can feel that chef puts a lot of heart in his eating, and he spent some time to know every taste of the love we wanted to drink for pairing, so he made an excellent meal for us. chef speaks English well, and he was very nice, friendly, professional and helpful. I even learned fish and sushi from him. during this lunch I also felt what is the craftsmanship of Japanese craftsmen. everything was presented not only perfectly, but also very tasty. the dessert was also very delicious. definitiw one of my best sushi experience by far!
