Costco Food Court - Tracy

I shop at Costco a lot every one of them is clean good customer service. The manager Mike is awesome! But for the first time today I ran into the rudest customer service representative I've ever come across her name was Jasmine or Jazzy not sure. You should really have a talk with this girl. She was snotty and the worst customer service I've ever had.

Costco in Tracy was a little busy considering the holiday shopping time, but it was well organized and clean, with plenty of merchandise, even toilet paper!! Thank you Costco team members for your work and help, God bless you and Merry Christmas.

Lady chased me down 3 islands in saying I need to show her my costco card again before I continued after I showed it how I went in then told me to bring goods down I mean my card show her again very unprofessional and never felt so haunted and she could not give me a reasonable answer to why she chased me and children down to show my card again, so I was so upset

We love getting food here, the prices are low and food is very good. The only problem is seating. It really isn't their fault because of space issues.

Not bad for what it is! They have a handful of variety. Although we mainly go there for the pizza, their healthier sounding menus aren 't bad either, like the acai bowl and their fruit smoothies. I mean, if you have to stop and eat there, there 's something for almost everyone.
