Eat East - Trafford

I ordered online on December 29th and was disappointed with the food. The noodles were stale, the rice was mushy, and everything lacked flavor. I was also surprised to be charged £3 for only a few prawn crackers. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The food was delicious with plenty of choices. One dish was missing tofu, but everyone still enjoyed their meals overall.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant, with portions large enough for at least 4 meals. The food was cooked fresh and of top quality. If this isn't the best place in Altrincham, then the competition must be exceptional. The staff were quick and provided excellent service, especially the lady at the front of the house who was smiling and even moved our order forward when I arrived earlier than expected.

Ordered on NYE at 5pm when they opened, told they wanted cash for delivery even though we were happy to pick up but they obviously wanted the cash. Was expecting delivery for 7.45pm, phoned them at 8.15pm to enquire to be told the order would be at least another hour. Shambles, cancelled and wont be using them again.

Good Chinese takeaway, freshly cooked, good portions and no issues with the orders. Very happy with the quality. Has been our go-to takeaway for at least a year now. Appears to be getting busy with the number of orders during lockdown2 in November 2020 but no compromise on quality.
