I ordered food for delivery two days ago without realizing that the restaurant had changed owners since my last visit. When the food arrived, the driver did not have the correct change for my order and promised to return with it, but never did. The food itself was disappointing; the chicken burger buns were soggy and falling apart, and the burger had a strange texture. The pizza did not match the description online and included tandoori chicken, which was not mentioned. I called the store to address the issues with my order and was told they were busy and would call me back, but never did. After two days of waiting, I went to the store to speak to someone in person, only to be told it was a mistake on their end with no offer to make things right unless I returned the food. It was a frustrating experience, and I would have appreciated a phone call as promised.

Disappoints the pizza pepperoni seemed very poor quality and the texture of it was horrible, the pizza was also inedible for me with the chicken being tandoori or something. The menu doesn’t state this, and I would not have ordered the meat feast if I aware of this

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the goat cheese appetizer, pork ribs, and stuffed chicken. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and they have a great selection of wines.

This place never fails!! From its excellent food to its amazing friendly but professional staff, I ordered Rack of Lamb which arrived beautifully cooked and tender. The Mussels my partner ordered were piled up high on his plate, and not rubbery! We were a walk in as we had left Proost next door after cold food debacle, The atmosphere in Mulino was great and everywhere covered in red balloons to celebrate Valentine Day. What a rip-off! You can’t advertise ‘milkshakes’ for £1.50 and then send a bottle of cheap ‘Yazoo’ flavoured milk!! In any other industry this would be false advertising, don’t know how they get away with it? AVOID!
