Yang Sing Cathay - Trafford

The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the food was fantastic. The waitress was very friendly and humorous. The meal was incredibly delicious with a wonderful blend of seasonings. We ordered the crispy chili beef to share, along with plenty of sides, as we were in a hurry for lunch. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again. The staff provided excellent service throughout our meal.

During our shopping trip, I decided to try out another restaurant. This time, we visited a restaurant on a Saturday for lunch. Unfortunately, my appetizer of salt and pepper chicken wings turned out to be more bone, fat, and gristle than actual meat. The main course was slightly better, but the cold chips were not a good option. When we went to pay at the counter, we waited for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There was a woman behind the counter who completely ignored us for those 10 minutes, only lifting her head when someone else came to assist us. There was no apology or thank you from her, leaving me feeling disappointed once again.

I went to the restaurant with my family and ordered hot and sour soup, filet with yellow bud sauce, and spicy chicken broth. The dishes were served with egg frying on the side. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. They even provided us with the WiFi password. To top it off, we received a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Excellent! great food, great service, would highly recommend. the personal is real and great with our young daughter. the best place to eat in the metford centre by far.

Me and my partner went for tea here after a long day shopping! we both love Chinese but have never been to a Chinese restaurant before and Yang Sing has set the bar/standards very high. We were greeted by lovely service and seated very quickly....Waiters offered advice on drinks and food and answered all the questions we had about the menu very well. Food was clearly very fresh, well cooked and prepared. We had a starter and a main meal both of which were unbelievably yum!
