Kilwin's - Traverse City

This charming little ice cream shop is located right on Front Street! It's absolutely delightful, offering an extensive variety of flavors. The staff was friendly and patient as my sisters and I sampled several options. They even have their own unique recipes for some of the ice creams they serve (and yes, they have Superman—what’s a Michigan ice cream shop without it?). I’ll definitely return the next time I'm in Traverse City!

The fudge is absolutely amazing! It’s also like a performance art. When you watch the intense process behind making it, you gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship involved. It’s the perfect gift to impress friends and family once again.

How does this location only have an aggregate review of 4.2?? The Traverse City Cherry is one of the best flavors and that alone is worth a 5-star review. Ice cream is a luxury and this is the place to get it!

Best strawberry ice cream I have ever had and anytime we come to Michigan it's my go to every night. Great fudge and friendly staff. Only negative was they closed at 9. We watched every night as we ate our ice cream 10 to 15 families walk away to the competition. Extend until 10 and you'll make so much more
