Sparks Bbq - Traverse City

We were so excited to have bbq on vacation and were unfortunately disappointed. for what my husband got for his meal for the cost wasn't worth it, plus his corn was cold. husband's beer was completely flat, gross. my brisket was cold. Won't be going back. my kids meals seemed to turn out alright thankfully.

First time here and it was amazing. Our server Brittany was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything she suggested we loved. I would recommend this place to everyone. I know when I am back in the area I will stop back in.

Definitely recommend Sparks. The food is incredible and the wait staff is friendly and engaging. We tried a couple different items and each one was superb. We will be back for sure!!

Great food! We share the 3 meat. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork! super good. great service too.

This place has really good food. We had the famous barbecue sundae and the brisket sandwich. So good!!! I would definitely put this on the agenda if visiting traverse city. Very nice atmosphere to dine in. It is located in a perfect spot right by a large parking lot area in the downtown area. Staff was exceptionally well!!!
