In the low season, in these small villages of Lake Como, there is hardly anything left open, and this site is discovered by chance. Above a narrow staggered street, we saw a door with spotlights and a light on a large bottle of wine, and there that we went up, soon afterwards we realized that it is the meeting center of the inhabitants of the site, and that the rest of the afternoon should be sheltered from the cold in their homes, as until that moment we had not seen anyone for the people. It has the stone walls and a small bar at the entrance that fill with dishes with snacks from which you are eating to your craving, on the walls a multitude of bottles, on the floor above, another small place with a bar and stools with high tables, a stone cupboard in another room with jams, sauces and wines for sale, and on the last floor a terrace for good weather. It is not a restaurant to use, but rather a winery or canteen (as its name indicates), to taste the Italian wines that serve, and eat something to bite. The Parmesan cheese, and the selection they make of these in the tables that served us were fantastic-A place of the most lively.
