Ordered Falafal Burrito Bowl via uber. Service was extremely fast and food was ok. Only complaint was the quantity was small for the price i paid. Not a bad place to try it once but certainly not recommended for going

Use to be amazing however last 3 times has been horrible. Cold half cooked shrimp, today it was shrimp and rice with no salsa no bang bang sauce nothing. Called and spoke to a ridiculous woman who did not understand anything I said. To hell with skip and Fresh

Good food good quality HORRIBLE ON TOPPINGS SKIMPING CUSTOMERS AND ONLY SPRINKLING SMALL AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS IS CHEAP AND DISHONEST. We are paying such prices just to be cheaped out.Vegetarian options: Good

I’ve had nothing but issues the last 3 visits I’ve been here at this location. I will start with the only positive thing I have to say; their food is okay. However, 3 bad things I’ve noticed on my last 3 visits; 1: the service is terrible. I came in to order a chicken bowl. Not even half way through, the employee stopped to take someone else’s order and got 2 Uber orders and disregarded me and left my food sitting for 5+ minutes even though I placed my order first. By the time I got my food, it was cold. 2: They do not like giving a good portion when it comes to meat. They give little to no meat at all. 3: I came in to order with my girlfriend and it smelled like sewage even other customers noticed and it smelled really strong so bad my gf and I had to leave the store. 4: I called before hand to ask what the daily special was and the man said chicken special on thursdays (it was Wednesday at midnight so technically Thursday) and said he can do chicken special for me. When I arrived at the store, the same man told me he cannot do it for me anymore and that I would have to wait until their next opening to get chicken special. In my opinion, for the price and quantity, you’re better off going to mucho burrito or bar burrito as they give you a lot more meat and don’t give you little to no meat. The staff is also better and better service. I’ve been a good customer to this place but the past 3 visits will be my last. Very disappointing. I would avoid this place and try any other burrito place is possible. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service and fighting with me over meat quantity when they barely put any at all and yet I’m paying extra for it.Update: the owner saw my review and disregarded it while replying to others.. clearly the management doesn’t seem to care about what his client’s experience are and doesn’t know how to run a business. Very poor etiquette and customer service
