Smoothie King - Trenton

On August 17, 2022, at 8:38 PM, I arrived at the restaurant shortly after it opened. My fiancé was feeling unwell and pregnant, and I needed to address something urgently. The three staff members provided outstanding service and didn’t mind that I stopped by when Smoothie King was about to close. I really appreciated their recommendations and the prompt service they offered at the last minute. Thank you so much!

I visited the restaurant today to pick up my order, and the person at the counter seemed to overlook me. They took the order of the person behind me, apologizing that she was next in line. I understand that she was waiting, but it felt unfair since I had been there first. I ended up having to pull my money out of my pocket to get their attention. If you're not willing to serve everyone, then maybe working with the public isn't for you.

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of smoothies, maintains a clean environment, and has a friendly staff.

Update 2nd..... they definitely stepped up their game. I am completely impressed with the level of service they give and smoothies are full and tasty! When I walk in here they know me by my name which is an extra bonus. Keep up the great work! 5 star worthy! Update... use to be a 4 star. Everytime I order through app there is a problem when I get to the store. Today I spent over 40 dollars for 4 smoothies. The app said 20 minutes to get ready. So I got to the store 18 minutes later I waited and they asked what I was getting which I told them an online order I placed with my name. They told me Uber came in to pick it up. How is that possible??? Through their own app??? So I stood around another 15 minutes to get my 4 smoothies which killed my lunch time. Get it together
