Great place to visit if you can time your stop between tour buses. Otherwise very crowded, but the efficient staff gets the food out to you. It is an all you can eat lunch (they also serve breakfast and dinner) with bean soup, meat pie, baked beans, maple ham, pancake, etc. Served family style at large tables. Even have a dessert at this sugar shack --maple taffy rolled in ice under the outside shed. Fiddlers provide musical entertain up front and circulating in the restaurant.,

Didn't expect to be blown away by some energetic folksy hospitality but I wasThis was the best part of my trip to Quebec.

Really great atmosphere, loads of food, and feels very Canadian. Love the maple syrup on ham, in tea, and on a stick!

Loved the maple syrup candies, atmosphere inside resturant is very lively and staff are too polite, friendly. Playing live music inside to keep you entertained. Must visit if you are passing through here.

Of course they can eat here, but we didn't stop here. Honestly, I love honey and just think maple syrup as a substitute. but it was interesting that we look at the entire production cycle of maple syrup.
