Very disappointed to learn that cross-contamination is present on the app despite the good reviews. There is a dedicated fryer, but when they clean it, the oil of each frit is joined together and goes back into the dedicated fryer.

Best cheese in Québec if you're not going to grab a really good poutine at least stop by here to grab some cheese you won't regret it.
