Jet's Pizza - Troy

Ordered pizza, boneless chicken wings, salad, jet bread, butter garlic sauce for 56.00. Got home no butter garlic sauce. I know it's only .75 cents but come on something that easy? We are done!

Im very disappointed by my experience here. I ordered pizza for my Grandchildren and they are twins. However they have different taste. One likes pepperoni and the other likes cheese. Therefore I ordered a half and half. The cheese half didn’t have the cheese distributed as a pizza and more like cheese bread as you can see. I asked the store what can be done and they acted as if they couldn’t fix the issue without seeing it. Well now you see it on google. Nonetheless really disappointed by the customer service and options even when I asked for a credit. The meat side was good. I would’ve returned again but prob not.

Ordered the pizza got the pizza pizza was wrong. Took the pizza back no apologies they could care less.. Call to talk to the manager who explained to me that he made it and that it's perfectly fine. I explained I'm 50 years old I've eaten a lot of jets and this is the worst I've ever had. They're overall attitude is they don't care at all so don't spend your money there. Go to Toarminas right around the corner.

Several weeks ago I ordered two 8 corner pizzas an antipasto salad from this Jet's. They wanted a exorbidant fee of almost $80.00!!!! I then reduced my order. I was still way over charged. The one 8 cornered pizza was $27.00 for three toppings It was dry. I used to be a regular customer. I will not ever purchase from them again will NOT recomend them.

I come here on my way to work. I usually get the jet 10 the pizza here is good but, sometimes for what you pay they don't give an even amount of toppings.
