Taco Bell - Troy

I ordered 2 taco packs but when i looked inside there were only 11 on one of my orders. I asked to get one more taco and i got it. That one taco was good but all the others tasted like they been sitting there a while. Food not so good.

A great staff that were friendly and made my food perfectly. The drink station was well stocked and clean. All of the sauces were well stocked and organized. If you're in the mood for Taco Bell this one works great.

This location is not great. Food quality is lacking and not the freshest. I've had way more satisfying Taco Bell experiences.

I visited this location around 10 pm and didn?t expect to leave in tears. I was greeted by the most kind worker; a true breath of fresh air. My job involves aspects of customer service and the last couple weeks of encounters with the public has left mefeeling defeated and questioning what I?m doing with my life. Overwhelmed by the kindness shown, I drove up to the window andgot to meet this beautiful soul who renewed my faith in humanity. He leaned out the window and made me feel like the mostimportant person that graced this location today. He asked me if I was going to be okay and reminded me to try not to take ittoo personally. I failed to get his name (so terribly sorry! , but I know that if he continues to shine as brightly as he didin my life, he will do incredible things. Thank you for the friendly reminders, for making me feel important, and for simplybeing kind. Please rest assured, I WILL pay it forward. ??????

You have such friendly employees the food was fresh and made with care. Finally a Taco Bell with quality... Highland Greenville give terrible service consistently. This was our first visit to this location (drive-thru) we'll definitely be back suggesting to others to do the same.
